1. License Grant
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, NEONED71 TECH SOLUTIONS ("Licensor") grants the end user ("Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the WriterBoard software ("Software") solely for personal or internal business purposes. The Licensee is not granted any rights to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Software.

2. Restrictions on Use
The Licensee shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software.

• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software.

• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in a manner inconsistent with this License Agreement.

3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. NEONED71 TECH SOLUTIONS retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not convey any rights of ownership to the Licensee.

4. Term and Termination
This License Agreement is effective from the moment the Software is installed or used and will continue until terminated. NEONED71 TECH SOLUTIONS may terminate this License Agreement at any time if the Licensee breaches any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies of the Software in their possession.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. NEONED71 TECH SOLUTIONS does not warrant that the Software will meet the Licensee's requirements or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NEONED71 TECH SOLUTIONS be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if NEONED71 TECH SOLUTIONS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Data Privacy
The Licensee acknowledges that by using the Software, certain data may be collected and processed as described in the accompanying Privacy Policy. The Licensee agrees to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law
This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with The Indian Contract Act of 1872, The Trade Marks Act of 1999, The Patents Act of 1970, The Copyright Act of 1957, and The Designs Act of 2000, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, negotiations, and understandings, whether oral or written, between the parties.

10. Amendments
NEONED71 TECH SOLUTIONS reserves the right to modify this License Agreement at any time. Any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on https://writerboard.app or distribution to the Licensee. The Licensee’s continued use of the Software following any such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
